Beatriz really enjoyed her internship and has proof to show for her success! Beatriz served as an intern at the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce. During her internship, among other things, she helped to develop and promote the Chamber's Restaurant Week. She was most proud of creating a full-page, color advertisement that ran simultaneously in three newspapers. "I have learned a lot," she says, "I now have skills for the future." Beatriz hopes to attend college and earn a Masters in psychology. She is one step closer to this dream, thanks to the $750 scholarship the Chamber awarded their remarkable intern. And that's not all: her supervisor, Ms. Ellen Kaminsky, was so impressed with their "fearless" intern that the Chamber created a continuing position for her. Congratulations Beatriz!
